From fresh fruit processing to the syrup room, pasteurization and filling, we provide complete fruit juice production solutions for efficient, reliable and scalable beverage manufacturing.
Flexible Fruit Juice Processing Solutions
Flexible processing technology for juices, nectars and juice drinks, with precise recipe, dosing and process control.
Fruit Juice
100% fruit with no added sugar. Produced as pure direct juice (NFC) or reconstituted from concentrate with water and aroma.
Fruit Nectar
Typically 25–50% fruit from juice or pulp, combined with water and sugar or honey. Gentle handling helps maintain stable pulpy recipes.
Fruit Juice Drink
Typically 6–30% fruit with water, sugar, flavourings and other permitted ingredients, supported by accurate syrup preparation and dosing.
Complete Juice Line
Integrated solutions covering fruit processing, ingredient preparation, blending, pasteurization, filling and secondary packaging.
From Fresh Fruit to Finished Product
The complete fruit juice production line integrates raw material processing, ingredient preparation, blending, thermal treatment, filling and final packaging into one coordinated production system.
Fruit Processing
Fresh fruit is washed and processed into base juice, concentrate or purée — the upstream stage of the fruit juice processing line.
Ingredients Storage & Preparation
Fruit concentrates, sugar, powders and other ingredients are safely stored, unloaded and prepared for production.
Dedicated tanks, drum and IBC unloading stations, Big-Bag units and dosing systems support accurate ingredient handling across the juice processing line.
Blending & Syrup Preparation
Water and ingredients are blended according to the required recipe , either in batch or continuously.
A high-accuracy juice blending system and syrup batching system help maintain consistent product quality while minimizing losses.
Mixing & Optional Carbonation
Ingredients forming the basis of the product composition are dosed by a system combining flow meters and modulating valves.
This configuration is designed to achieve high dosing precision and reliable repeatability of the fruit juice process.
Pasteurization
Fruit juice is thermally treated using a pasteurization system equipped with plate heat exchangers.
The process optimizes preheating, thermal treatment and cooling while helping maintain product colour, flavour and other organoleptic properties.
Filling & End of Line
Still juices can be hot-filled after pasteurization, while carbonated products are generally cold-filled and may then be pasteurized in a tunnel after filling.
The process is completed with capping, seaming and secondary packaging.
