Water Purification Systems for Clean and Reliable Production Water
Complete water purification solutions for bottled water, beverage production, food processing and industrial applications. Our systems combine pretreatment, precision filtration, reverse osmosis and optional UF, NF or EDI technologies according to raw water quality and required production capacity.

Clean Water Starts with the Right Treatment Process
Water purification systems are designed to remove unwanted particles, suspended solids, microorganisms, organic matter and dissolved salts according to the required water quality.
For beverage and bottled water production, the treatment process can be configured from pretreatment through fine filtration and membrane purification.
- Raw water quality and application analysis
- Quartz sand and activated carbon pretreatment
- Precision filtration
- Reverse osmosis purification
- Optional UF, NF and EDI systems
- Integrated pumps, piping and controls
Multi-Stage Water Purification for Stable Water Quality
Treatment stages are selected according to raw water characteristics and the required finished-water specification.
Raw Water
Groundwater, surface water or municipal water.
Sand Filtration
Reduces suspended particles and mechanical impurities.
Carbon Filtration
Helps reduce chlorine and organic compounds.
Precision Filter
Fine filtration before membrane treatment.
RO Purification
Membrane separation for dissolved salts.
Pure Water
Treated water for production.
RO, UF, NF and EDI Water Purification Systems
Different membrane technologies provide different levels of separation and are selected according to the treatment requirement.
Reverse Osmosis Water Purification
RO uses pressure to drive water through a semi-permeable membrane while dissolved salts and other contaminants are separated.
Ultrafiltration Systems
UF can remove suspended solids, colloids, bacteria and larger organic substances.
Nanofiltration Systems
NF provides intermediate separation between UF and RO for selected water-treatment applications.
EDI Pure Water Systems
EDI provides continuous deionization after suitable pretreatment and membrane purification.
Sand & Activated Carbon Filtration
Pretreatment protects downstream membrane systems from suspended solids and selected contaminants.
Cartridge Filtration
Fine filtration before high-pressure membrane systems.

Reverse Osmosis for High-Level Water Purification
Reverse osmosis is widely used for pure water preparation, drinking water and beverage production water treatment.
The technical data for the system indicates that single-stage RO can achieve a desalination rate above 97%, while double-pass RO provides higher desalination performance.
Double-pass RO can be selected when higher product-water quality is required.
Water Purification Capacity from Small Systems to Large Plants
Multiple capacity ranges allow the purification system to be configured for different production requirements.
Double-pass RO models listed from 1 t/h to 100 t/h.
UF models listed from 1 t/h to 200 t/h.
EDI configurations listed from 1 t/h to 200 t/h.
