From Water Source to Finished Bottled Water
A complete mineral water production line combines water treatment and beverage packaging processes into one coordinated system. The project configuration can include RO water treatment, pure water storage, ozone sterilization, UV treatment, bottle blowing, bottle rinsing, filling, capping and final packaging.
In the documented Uganda project, the bottled water line was designed for 500 ml, 750 ml and 1.5 L PET bottles, with a production capacity of 2,000–3,000 BPH.
Complete Bottled Water Production Workflow
The production line connects water treatment, bottle production, filling and secondary packaging into a continuous factory workflow.
Water Treatment
Raw water is processed through the configured filtration and reverse osmosis treatment system before entering the pure water tank.
PET Bottle Blowing
PET preforms are processed by the bottle blowing system to produce bottles for the 500 ml, 750 ml and 1.5 L formats.
Rinsing, Filling & Capping
The 3-in-1 filling machine integrates bottle rinsing, water filling and cap sealing for the finished PET bottles.
Labeling & Packaging
The downstream system can include bottle drying, shrink labeling, date printing and PE film shrink packaging.
